Construction Environmental Control
  • Materials - Structure of durable single or double-skinned polycarbonate.
  • Flooring - Concrete or suspended insulated floor.
  • Water supply - Mains and/or rain-harvesting.
  • Waste Management - Microbial Deactivation System, waste and hazardous chemical containment.
  • Bio-security - Air pressure control system, filtered venting and pressurised sealed doors.
  • Security - Personnel activated exit and entry systems, fire and intruder alarm control systems.

 

  • Humidity - Dehumidification and humidification ranging from 45% to 90% without air changes.
  • Temperature - Within a 1°C tolerance in a preset range of 5°C to 30°C.
  • Atmosphere - Accurate gas content with controllable pressure and air movement.
  • Supplementary Lighting - Irradiance arrays designed with automatic response to light sensors.
  • BMS - Integrated control software monitors room conditions and ensures continuous data processing and reporting.
  • Fail-Safe Security - 36 hour uninterrupted environmental conditions in the event of mechanical failure.
