Unigro launches dedicated maintenance offering with appointment of Circair
Unigro, the leading provider of controlled environments to universities and other research institutes, has appointed Circair Systems Ltd as the sole contractor for all its maintenance requirements.
This partnership will enable Unigro to exclusively offer a dedicated round the clock maintenance service to both existing and new clients, from one of the UK’s leading glasshouse specialists.
Also new to the Unigro offering, which has been developed in response to client demand, is a maintenance-only contract, which allows those with controlled environments to refurbish and maintain existing facilities.
Keith Hamp, Commercial Director at Unigro said: “We are constantly reviewing the customer service we offer to our clients, and this partnership with Circair will enable customers to benefit from a new and improved maintenance offering. We recognise that now, more than ever, companies are looking for ways to cut costs, and we’re responding to the demand for refurbishment and maintenance as a way of updating existing facilities."
Dave Emmett, Managing Director at Circair said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Unigro, as it has an enviable reputation as equipment suppliers in the horticultural research market. We have recently seen the demand for maintenance agreements and repair work increase, as companies take stock of their budgets, especially in times of recession. Working with Unigro is a natural fit for us, and we look forward to the opportunities it will bring”.
